Summary of User Evaluation
Based on the evaluation findings, there are two extremes which are some like the website and some do not.
The most mentioned comments are that the website is easy to navigate, has clear and simple layout, looks professional, content is both amusing and informative, and most of them like the choice of colours but some find it dull and unattractive. However some of them hesitated when they were asked to do the second task, which is to change the font size of the webpage. We will improve that by making the accessibility function more obvious to use. One evaluator mentioned that the image to click into the main page needs more descriptions to show it is clickable, which we will also improve that. The icon for “Around the world” on the homepage is a bit confusing for some evaluators, which we will add description to it. In the interview, evaluators also mentioned that the length of the contents is at a considerable amount, easy to scan.
As a conclusion, the results of the evaluations are not entirely balanced because they have different opinions. Basically including the things which need implementation mentioned above, we will improve the quality of icons, and add more appealing images to the overall look of website.

To summarise, the main objective of the website is to act as a group support for recession survivors and recession sufferers. So apart from giving out information regarding recession e.g. what recession is and what it does to the world economy, there should be a section where users are able to share their stories, giving tips, ideas and guides to help people tackle their anxieties and fear over recession.
